    I think I should have been notified when rates were changing so I could have been locked in when it was lower. No one let me know until it was to late so now I have to pay the price.

    Horrible. The local office is mainly staffed with inept staffers and managers. They will not call you back and NEVER have any answers. We used the office in McAllen, Texas. Perhaps others ae better but this place was HORRIBLE.
