there was a distinct lack of communication overall. i was ok with it because my husband is a loan officer with Synergy and i assumed he was receiving the communication. evidentally he was feeling a distinct lack of communication also.
They made the process simple and took extra time to ensure we fully understood it as first time homebuyers. Communication was excellemt excellent throughout the whole process, and everyone was friendly and extremely competent.
