Everyone that we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful in this long distance endeavor. Answered all of our questions with concise and clear responses.
Joe and the whole team were fantastic in finding creative solutions for my need, and working very collaboratively through the whole process. Was always clear where we were in process, what was next, what I needed to do, etc.
Great communication. I liked the steps checklist and the gradual crossing out of completed steps. It really gave a sense of progress. Joe was professional, accommodating and generous when I mentioned a competing lender's quote.
Joe and his team have the whole mortgage process covered, and are highly efficient at getting things processed. There are a lot of moving pieces to keep track of, and they kept us up to date and answered all our questions from start to finish....
