Joanna was awesome, very personable and made herself available whenever I had questions. I really appreciated her promptness and willingness to help!
It was surprisingly easy to get through the process. Locked at a slightly lower rate than anticipated and Joanna clearly communicated the process and required documents to make the approval easy.
Joanna was willing to help me no matter what time it was and was always available to make the process easier.
Easy communication; Joanna was helpful on understanding process and requirements for every step. Easy interface to upload required communication. Very accommodating for document signatures.
