Joanna is great but the company kept pushing back multiple times making this transaction almost impossible. Multiple times I was told we would be ok with yet more obstacles to overcome. Joanna helped make it work and I appreciate her for that....

She answered all of our questions and walked us through the process.
Joanna patiently guided me through the new experience of cash out refinance. She was always available to answer my many questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
