Joani was amazing, through a fairly difficult closing process - she answered every question we had quickly and was always quick to communicate new information.
Even though this process is very trying at times, go to your house always is I suppose, Joani Was always so patient, gracious, and kind while providing me with answers and information to help me understand the process better.
