Personal Touch
Communication was superb and the ease of acquiring the loan was pleasant.
Joani was readily available, she educated us, which was really important given these uncertain times. She never made us feel like our questions weren’t important. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through the process!
Joani handled every twist and turn throughout our loan process with thoughtful, timely, helpful, expert communication. We could not have done this without her. Joani truly went the extra mile and then some.
I just found it a little ridiculous that she needed us to pay off a $154 Target credit card when we have over $330,000.00 in one of our bank accounts with Gulf Coast Bank.
Joani was excellent to work with. She always responded to everything promptly and was able to work with us whenever we needed to have adjustments made in the process.
