It would have been better having the CTC within a month or even two. But pushing the closing back twice, receiving the CTC close to three months from the contract acceptance and only hours before the closing was rather ridiculous.
Everyone was really nice and did a very good job

Be proactive, communicating on time with clients but not chocked, not leaving work at the middle or closing point, make note where you stop so when someone else picks up, they will know where to start when you dealing with a client. My experience...

To hear directly from the lender instead of relying on buyer to relay messages from the lender.
The service was fine. The time difference did make the process a little bit more difficult to work around. I understand that isn't their fault, but there should be options for people in EST.
