Jim and his office were great. Jim got on multiple calls with us early in the process and even came over to our house once we sold our property and went through all the numbers with us.

Frankly its about Jim's personal attention to make sure the process is clear, transparent and with minimal hassle. NFM is lucky to have him.
Jim made the process fairly easy. One suggestion is to find a better way of accepting bank statements. Not all banks can produce a bank statement on demand to cover a certain period.
