Jim was awesome to work with. Very fast to respond, very organized and kept the entire refinancing process smooth. He also is very transparent and easily offered me the lowest rate of multiple lenders without even knowing what other lenders...

I stumbles across your company online and decided to give it a shot after a quick search of past user experiences. Jim answered my inquiry very promptly and came in at a lower rate (with mutiple options for flexibility) than the other 3 lenders...

Jim was great to work with, and I was able to complete the processs completly online, which was nice as a first-time buyer. The only challenge, was that Jim was out of the office at some point, without an out of office response, which was stressful...
