Better overall communication with both me and my realtor. Also, the processor seemed unfamiliar with my file, asking for things I had already provided to the Loan Officer, potentially delaying my CTC and closing date.

Jessica communicated the status of the loan mutiple times throughout the transaction, she made sure to let me know ahead of time so we could also communicate to the sellers. Overall had a great experience.
Jessica Bustos was able to explain the process and always replied back .I would definitely recommend Jessica Bustos she did a lot through the whole process.

Jessica was very pleasant to work with. The only issue we had was that the closing was delayed due to the files were not sent to the attorney until the morning of the closing, even though we were told they were done days ahead.
Jessica was very friendly and easy to work with. She always got back to me in a timely manner when I or my co borrower had questions and was able to answer them in a way we could understand.
