they were always available and edplained each step if the process. If something didn't work out they would've to find an alternative thstbwould that would help me reach my goal

maybe it was asking too much, but I felt like I was quick to provide any information that was requested in the process, and Maybe I was eager to get the loan process progress, but the communication is where I feel there was a gap. I didnt know...
