Quicker response time, more personal experience, fewer, less redundant, documents needed, better communication with title company for an exact amount for closing before I left for Colorado so no changes had to be madeOther than that, things...

The loan officer and his team did not communicate promptly and keep me in the loop of the process. The closing date had to be extended. I incurred unexpected extra cost in the form of pooints in the closing
