Did a cash out refi and had a great experience with NAF. From our broker, Alex, to the underwriter, Tammy, to the supervisor, Adam, and even customer service rep, every single person we worked with was wonderful! Seems like a company they loved...

Poor experience - the process took two months longer than promised. Communication was lacking, particularly when we got to closing. I would not recommend doing business with New American Funding.
