We got the refinance closed, but communication was limited at best. I didn't feel they provided the support during the process that a normal client would need. I finally got my closing documents after pushing for them 3 times and then stated,...

Communication: provided necessary updates as the process progresses. Simple: Nothing was complicated. Both e-signing and in-person process was simple to get through.

Unprofessional, right hand doesn't know what left is doing. Surprise docs at closing. Wanted access and copies of everything. And I had an excellent credit score. Hate to think what it would have been like otherwise.

Excellent customer service.

Jenny is down to earth and easy to talk to. It made the whole process easier as we moved through some changes during it. She is fantastic and so is the whole team.
