Our loan must have been our agent's first close. We were over 30 days late to close because the lender never communicated with the title company then charged us a fee for the delay. They were terrible. I've closed on several homes in my life....

Great service. The loan was the easiest part of the transaction. Local vendors for appraisal, and surveys were our only holdup through the home buying process. Our lender stayed on top of it and got it all done.

Easily the worst financial transaction I have been a part of! Loan officer was nice but overall experience was awful. Over 75 emails & at least a dozen phone calls and rarely got a straight answer. The processor/underwriter was apparently only...
