Processor attention to detail was remarkably lacking as compared to previous experiences. It seems like she didn't actually review the documents we sent her, because she consistently asked questions that were answered in the documents she requested....

Jeff was great to communicate with, and always made himself available; however, once the file was passed to the next phase, it was a terrible experience.

Jeff is knowledgeable and imparts confidence. I felt he gave us the best rate possible. Also, he is even tempered and flexible.
