Buyer had to resubmit documents several times clsoing docs didn't show up until several hours after scheduled close time nothing went smooth on getting items information of closing from your company
I basically had to help my client with this transaction as they had difficulties as well. Communication was terrible in my opinion and had I not known how a transaction works, it could have been worse.
Jeff was always on call for me, no matter how dumb the question was or how many i had. He worked with me and gave me advice on how to build my wife and my credit score. Great man
Jeff was very attentive and followed up constantly during the whole process. Was very diligent. Highly recommend.
