I have experienced several issues and to date still no resolution and no follow up. I made the biggest mistake in chosing New American Funding. The lack of accountability is mind blowing.

Jason and Snady were great!! Debra was very responsvie as well. The proces was easy prior to the closing attorney drama. However, that was not anyone's fault on the NAF team.

Too many people involved. Jason, linda, others??? Delays in receiving appraisal. Poor communication on where to look for things in appraisal to fix before reappraisal - hinted at lying to appraiser about mold. Delay in notary public. Misinformation...
