Jason and Leanne are both extremely compassionate and professional . They both made myself and my brother feel very comfortable with the entire process . We never thought for once that we were being treated unfairly or ignore .

The overall process was good. I would prefer to be told about all of the closing costs up front and that it will take away from the amount of loan.

Jason did a great Job. However the underwriting was a bit frustrating, underwriting asked for repeat of documents, and new stuff that was not exspected etc. At that point Jason did help push the loan through. If Jason had not done that I would...
