Jakes communication was all over the place and not clear. Excessive emails caused confusion instead of consolidating information and govong clear comm in ovation.

Flawless from start to finish. The only reason I gave a "9" rating on how likely I am to refer him is because my daughter is my lender. Jake did a great job!
