Jake was very thorough with everything and told us exactly what was needed. Everything seemed very smooth.
Jake was patient and very helpful throughout the process.
Jake was able to take a difficult, last minute situation and successfully turn it around and get us closed in only 2 weeks, with more favorable terms than the previous lender who couldn't get it closed.
