Jake went out of town at one point, and did not communicate that to us. We found out from our realtor. We are also first time home buyers, and at times Jakes struggled to explain in simple terms.

We had clear to close, client signed docs, then get a phone call that underwriting needed proof that current mortgage had been paid on time last 3 months. Her lender switched computer systems 3 months ago was the issue and they were helpful...
