Too many delays and confusion. Often times information provided was acknowledged by loan officer but not fully understood resulting in longer processing time.

Jacob was very responsive and available to answer my questions, and provide reassurance through the process. His honesty and professionalism was refreshing. I could not have expected a better loan officer to work with.
