Experience was good, though bank did not send its wire over on time to close timely so we had to wait a few days post-closing to get it finalized. Working with Ian was great though.

Closing did not go well. CD was provided late and was inaccurate by over 6k which resulted in last minute scrambling a few hours before clpsing to send another wire.
