Tavares, Thank you for your response, what could I have done better to have earned a 5 star review from you?

The underwriter kept coming back and needing something different everytime we thought we were ready to close. The entire home buying process took almost 5 months

I love the collaboration between the staff ( Henry, Damien, and Jem). They were patient working with me and help in making my dream come true. I did not think we could close on a house in a month due to the time constrain but they made it happen....

Henry Rice was wonderful throughout the entire process.

Henry explained the whole process and was able to answer all of my questions. This was my first time buying a home so I had a lot of questions. He was able to make the whole process go really smooth

The service with your company was great. The service through some of the other steps not so much. I do not believe that this was the fault of Henry but of the other vendors we had to use.
