While I love renovation loans, I also offer Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and the Maryland Mortgage Program. With an extensive product array, I consult with my clients and give them a variety of options for financing their home. My background in processing and closing taught me that a smooth loan process and an on-time closing are just as important as a competitive interest rate which is why I provide detailed communication throughout the loan process, with clear timelines upfront and milestone loan updates throughout the loan process.
