Have exact numbers for final closing cost. Not keep telling the client they need more. Then they get more then tell them again that was not enough and the client accutally needs ever more. Poor communication on Heather's end over
as a girst time buyer she was right on top of everything that my client needed to do and guided her through the process and everything went smooth and made it so we could of closed earlier on her part
The process was made simple for me and they helped through every step of the way.
Heather worked very hard to keep all parties informed! Taking special care that all items were clear to all parties even with a slight language barrier.
