NFM was very responsive to all questions and provided prompt and courteous service. This company is very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive during the entire loan process.
Greg's Team were easy to work with and always communicated above expectations. If I were to purchase another home, I would definitely go through them again.
The only issue I had was that there were so many people working on my loan that it was hard to know to whom to communicate and sometimes they didn’t know what the other one was working on based on our communications.
This is the second time we have used this team with in two years. We wanted to refinance for a lower rate and they were able to help every step of the way. We will continue to use him and his team for all future purchases.
