No issues with NFM, but the lawyer/legal assistant were consistently behind, non-responsive and late with many items

Probably the only thing I didn't like was the fact I had a bunch of different people emailing answers back. It didn't seem to be the same person. I prefer having just the one person but other than that everything went great.
