Our builders, Antonio and Artemio Baltazar STILL don't have the login information to get the funds out of the contstruction loan.

George Sandoval is an excellent loan officer- I have no problem with him- would recommend him also and even consider Marisol in the future, but consider training your other officers and underwriters better in how to handle military and/or retiree...
