Not very personable- pushed at the end for a good survey score lol.did not show up to closing, called the morning of (90 min prior) to let us know a charcuterie board will be mailed in 30 days. Misspelled emails , had to be reminded twice....

Gene was really helpful and understanding of my situation and timeline.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. I am a first time home buyer and i I had no idea what i I was doing but they made the process super easy and if I didn't understand something they were able to help me.

When speaking with gene he was very nice and knowledgeable. His emails were clear. When dealing with Lori the assistant her emails were not clear at all. Did not leverage technology. Loan butler came back severa times stating waiting on lender...

If i ever had any questions gene was there in one phone call..also kept me up to date on what was needed and by when...great service...
