Wish the whole process would have went easier, lots of bumps along the way. That being said, the bumps were overcome.

Gene did a fantastic job of making the process very simple for us. My wife and I have different work schedules and he made it easy to get all the documents to him. He also was very quick with all responses and made it all very smooth.
