Ellen was wonderful to work with. very timely with information and set expectations appropriately.
Ellen was great throughout the whole loan process! She calmly walked me through each step of the process and was always easy to access with questions. I am really glad I chose Central Bank— a lender in my own community.
Communication through the whole process with Ellen was great! Also on signing day she made it a super simple process and described everything perfectly. She was great to work with.
