She was informative and kind, and patiently answered questions.
Ellen was very helpful at every step of the way in the home buying process. She was always available for phone calls when I needed something answered, and always made sure to explain things thoroughly.
Ellen made refinancing our house loan easy, always a pleasure to do business with.
Ellen and her team worked closely with our buyer's agent to make sure communication was prompt and accurate. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were informed throughout the process.
