Way too many last minute surprises, two weeks past closing target on an approved client. Mary was blaming the client for things dragging out. Just lots of confusion.

Very excellent in all aspects and mostly a client oriented approach of support.

The closing experience was less than to be desired. When everything was on time and then there were issues with the closing times. It was frustrating for all parties involved!

Went above and beyond for us I have anxiety, whcih which means I overthink and panic . So they explained things and made sure I knew everything was ok .
