Due to my loan processor changing in the middle of the process, there were a few communication issues. Edwin Miranda tried to be supportive and I do not believe any were his fault. The overall process was a little frustrating due to the circumstances....

Edwin is great and he did an amazing job on his end but when we were transferred to Jem things got very frustrating. She would ask for the same documents that she already had more than 3 times, she would send things over to sign at the end...

I cannot say enough positive things about Edwin. Our loan process proved tricky, and he was there to explain every intricate detail to the questions we asked, and if he wasn’t sure he quickly found out the answer for us. He answered every time...
