Was able to cut 7 years off my mortgage.
Mr. Brady was quick returning emails when I had questions.
Process was easy. Process took longer than I expected it to but I believe it was because of Covid-19 slowing everything down.

Prompt service with a good attitude.

Communication would have been very nice regarding multiple aspects of my loan. Not having the title company show up or communicate the first time we were supposed to close. Not having phone calls returned for days.
