It was a simple process from start to finish. The only thing that I had to do was call and they took care of the rest.
Communication was lacking. When it came to signing for my refinance the appointment was missed no call. I never done a refinance before so I didn’t know what to expect, but I figured there would have been more communication than there was.
My new rate and loan is good only issue was the timeliness it did take quite a long time to complete, this was also during covid pandemic which I'm sure played a roll in that. Overall I am happy with the refinance.
He is very accommodating and able to answer my questions. He is so professional and knowledgeable with his job.
Easy process.

None of the people I worked with kept in touch with me. I had no phone number for Ted. I emailed him several times without a reply.
