Edward was easy to communicate with. He was very good at giving us information. We understood what documents were necessary. He made the initial process smooth.
The customer service was awesome
Mr Brady provided excellent service but once the process was handed off it took way too long & we were wondering if the ball was dropped some where. I really think it was probably related to the covid crisis so all is forgiven.
