Lack of communication from loan officer. Multiple phone calls were not returned. Gave incorrect info to me of another borrow with the same lady name.

Poor communication and was given a sense of not being an important client or that my closing was not important too me
I would have liked a faster loan process and more accurate information in regards to the loan figures and timeline.
