The ease of the process is what made my experience great.

Easy process

All my questions were answered in a timely manner! Was a very easy process.

Little things that needed to be taken care of should of been done within a timely matter and it would take them weeks.

To have correct information needed sooner. Was told I would only be responsible for this much and ended up having to pay well over. Was told if I had this score my interest would be lower and then I reached that score and it wasn’t enough.

Drew communicated the information we needed in a timely manner. He was always personable and a pleasure to work with.

The communication was lacking. We had to change the contract because it wasn’t read through and an important piece of information was overlooked. Which pushed closing. Also the company messes up the closing docs and we had over a 2 hour closing,...

Quick responses. I appreciated that Drew Vogl and his team were very thorough and supportive throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated that.

This was the hardest closing ever My comptroller cried because of the back and forth Moreover our first closing agent quit 1/2 way through and we had to start over.

Overall the experience was great! Drew was amazing at pointing us in the right direction for information. The only thing I would have preferred was better communication once it passed Drew’s level to let us know what we would have to provide...
