I didn't even have to meet Doug in person, but he was punctual with responses, answered questions, and kept me in the know with that was going on. Above all of that, he kept it simple. No need for complicated mumbo jumbo, just kept it simple....

Wasn't anything sue to loan company itself as we all had a lot of extra time waiting for what should have been a lot quicker process , but I love how they kept me updated and answer questions as I had them even if I didn't know who to put them...
