Lorissa was awesome and so kind,she is the only good thing about our experience. The ball was dropped in a lot of areas by our loan officer. As a first time home buyer...we were stressed and things were up in the air until the day of closing....

Doug was on top of the entire process, and was very accessible, even through texts, which I wouldn't have expected. This is my second mortgage with him, and as long as he's around, he'll do all my mortgages. 100% pro.
