Don felt more like a friend than a loan officer
Your loan department was woefully inept. I believe the representative we worked with name was Jeanie. On multiple occasions, we were asked to resend documents along with other inefficiencies.
Don was incredible to work with from our initial conversation through to closing. Don and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!
The whole team worked really hard to get this expedited as quickly as possible and it is appreciated.
It was a great experience.
