Even though I live in a different state than my loan officer. Diana was always available to me and very knowledgeable with my loan and iam grateful for her expertise.

The overall experience was great. My only small issue is with providing me paper checks to be US mailed out to pay off creditors. I understand why but there has to be an easier way. Being able to apply funds electronically in secure websites...
