Great communication for the most part. Little bit of confusion on what all we had to have done.

Our only real complaint is we were never given the option to have the funds wired now we have to sit and keep a close eye for a very high dollar check that is coming. Makes me very uncomfortable. Other than that, not much complaints a few times...

People was nice to work with.

Quick efficient no hassle

Diana was very knowledgeable, shared information in layman terms, and did not come across as pushy or trying to close the sale.

Recently I had a bad dealing with a different company and was Leary going in for a second chance even with a new company. Diana resolved that worry in the first 1/2 hr. Diana worked hard and more than tolerated my 2000 questions the whole way....
