    The process just seemed to take very long, started July 7th and had everything in within 2 days and didn't close until September 14th.

    Very efficient. Once explained, the e-signing and submitting documentation was easy. It's a shame the signing at the close hasn't changed in a couple of centuries. Overall, though, the process was painless, and the rate is good.
