Communication, I had to call constantly to find out what was going on with my loan.

Diana communication was great via call or email. It was mostly the duration of how the loan had to process, along with lost emails through spam/junk folders. It took nearly 4 months to complete the process. Some may have been on my end as well....

More communication at the end.

Being able to process a refinance almost completely virtual during a pandemic was helpful.

We received constant updates and had all of our questions answered quickly. Just an all around positive experience and will highly recommend this company to friends and family!

Diana was great but once it went to the underwriters it was a little more challenging. Had to resend a lot of information. I understand an underwriter had left in the middle. Just thought maybe the information could have been transferred over...

Nothing major, but email communication sometimes confusing or incomplete. It was difficult at times to understand who did what. The emails later in the process from others were sometimes incomplete or duplicative. In the end we got it done....
