    Fairly straightforward process. Biggest plus was the APR. The rate was the same as all other offers I had, but the APR was the best.

    She was very nice and professional, but the loan took a long time to complete. I needed to submit several documents 2 - 3 times to different people. When I would upload certain documents, they would not be uploaded in the system, etc.
